Please keep in mind:

  • Your responses are not saved. To ensure your privacy, your session will expire after 5 minutes of inactivity and you will be logged out. Make sure you are able to dedicate enough time (approximately 10 minutes) to complete the questionnaire without interruption.
  • You may be required to answer a question again. For a variety of reasons, you may be required to answer one or more of these questions again with your Donor Specialist at the time of your donation. Additionally, you may choose to review a question with your Donor Specialist for clarification.

Be sure to:

  • Use your legal name when logging in. The name you use to log in to iDonate should match your name as it appears on your donor record with Nebraska Community Blood Bank. If you are a first-time donor, please use your legal name. 
  • Scroll down the page to answer questions. Depending on your browser settings, you may need to scroll down the page to locate the answer buttons to each question.  
  • Bring your donor receipt. Upon completion of iDonate, you can choose to print, save, or email your receipt that contains your QR code. Without a receipt, you will be required to answer the questions again at your donation.
  • Verify your responses haven’t changed. For the safety of our blood supply, please notify your Donor Specialist if you have taken any medications or if any of your responses have changed since you completed iDonate.
