You must be logged into your donor profile to complete program registration.

• You must be logged into your donor profile to complete program registration.
• To qualify, you must present to donate platelets twice between Tuesday, September 16 – Thursday, December 11, 2025. Register by Thursday, December 11, 2025.
• You will receive a $40 eGift card if you present to donate platelets a total of two times during the campaign period. Following that, you will receive:
  • an additional $15 eGift card if you present to donate a total of three times during the campaign period,an additional $20 eGift card if you present to donate a total of four times during the campaign period,
  • and an additional $25 eGift card if you present to donate a total of five times during the campaign period.
• Electronic gift cards will be fulfilled and sent to the email address on file. Delivery of the eGift card may take up to three weeks after the campaign period’s closing date.
• Please ensure your email address is accurate in your online donor profile or notify a team member during your next appointment.
