Welcome to the First Alert 6 vs. iHeart Radio Lifesaver Challenge!

Omaha has always been a community that shows up for one another. Now it’s time to see whether First Alert 6 viewers or iHeart Radio listeners will earn hometown bragging rights by helping save the most lives.

From August 17–28, 2026, donate blood at any participating donor center or community blood drive and support your favorite team. When you stop by to donate, simply scan the QR code at the donor center or blood drive to cast your vote for First Alert 6 or iHeart Radio.

This summer, your generosity is needed more than ever. A nationwide blood supply crisis has been declared, making every blood donation even more critical for local patients who rely on lifesaving transfusions every day.
