May is brain cancer awareness month. For every donor who comes in to give in May, we’ll donate $1 to the Team Jack Foundation to support childhood brain cancer research.  

Jack Hoffman was just five years old when he was diagnosed with brain cancer. As a Husker football fan, his family helped give Jack the gift of a lifetime: a day with his favorite football player, Rex Burkhead. 

Since 2013, the Team Jack Foundation has advocated for cancer patients and raised more than 16,000,000 + for childhood brain cancer research. It does so with the help of one of its esteemed board members, Rex Burkhead. 

In 2025, after a 14-year battle with brain cancer, Jack passed away. His legacy will live on with the Team Jack Foundation and the life-changing research funded in his honor.
