Terms and Conditions

• You must be logged into your donor profile to complete program registration.
• To qualify, you must present to donate platelets twice between Friday, December 12, 2025 – Thursday, February 5, 2026. Register by Thursday, February 5, 2026.
• You will receive your choice of a premium puffer vest or a $40 eGift card if you present to donate platelets a total of two times during the campaign period. Following that, you will receive:
  • an additional $20 eGift card if you present to donate a total of three times during the campaign period,an additional $20 eGift card if you present to donate a total of four times during the campaign period, and
  • an additional $20 eGift card if you present to donate a total of five times during the campaign period.
• If a donor selects the premium puffer vest, the maximum eGift card amount they can receive is $60 for presenting to give five platelet donations.
• The premium puffer vest gift will be fulfilled by March 9, 2026. 
• Electronic gift cards will be fulfilled and sent to the email address on file. Delivery of the eGift card may take up to three weeks after the campaign period’s closing date.
• Please ensure your email address is accurate in your online donor profile or notify a team member during your next appointment.

Our gifts are custom-made to order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for donors who either don’t meet all program criteria or miss the registration period.
